NOVELTY - Printing and processing black gold fabrics comprises (1) (1-1) uniformly mixing graphene powder, potassium persulfate and phosphorus pentoxide to obtain pre-oxidized graphene, and (1-2) placing concentrated sulfuric acid and sodium nitrate in the container and magnetically stirring uniformly, slowly adding the pre-oxidized graphene to the container, stirring until dissolving, and adding potassium permanganate in batches to react in the container to obtain graphene oxide, (2) (2-1) adding the graphene oxide obtained in the step (1) to purified water and heating to obtain graphene oxide suspension, and (2-2) removing impurity precipitation by graphene oxide suspension, and obtaining graphene oxide aqueous solution, and (3) placing cotton fabrics in the graphene oxide aqueous solution at room temperature, dip dyeing for certain period of time, carrying out hydrazine hydrate reduction after the dyeing is finished, and washing in cold water and drying. USE - The method is useful for printing and processing black gold fabrics. ADVANTAGE - The method: passes under this dyeing process; can prepare pure cotton fabrics with excellent electrical conductivity and electrical stability of washing resistance, friction resistance and bending resistance; at the same time, has very excellent anti-ultraviolet performance; imparts functionalized treatment; is economical; has short process; does not affect the breathability and wearing comfort of the cotton fabric; and has excellent stability of electrical properties.
