NOVELTY - Microcapsule is prepared by introducing graphene into chitosan microcapsule membrane wall, thus forming spherical graphene/chitosan microcapsule, where the microcapsule has size of 300-1000 mu m and particle size distribution coefficient of less than 6%. USE - The microcapsule is useful in preparation of drug-loaded/chitosan microcapsules (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The microcapsule is prepared simply with high reproduction quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing the microcapsule, which involves dispersing first quaternary chitosan modified graphene, forming chitosan solution, preparing graphene/chitosan mixed droplets, adding anionic surfactant, quaternary chitosan and modified chitosan graphene molecules to the mixture, introducing the mixture into microcapsule membrane wall, and forming graphene/chitosan microcapsules.
