NOVELTY - A graphene oxide/polystyrene/gold nano particle composite material based storage device comprises a lower electrode, electrically active intermediate storage layer and an upper electrode, where the electrically active intermediate storage layer is graphene oxide/polystyrene/gold nano particle composite material, the electrically active intermediate storage layer is coated with the lower electrode and the upper electrode is deposited on the electrically active intermediate storage layer. USE - Graphene oxide/polystyrene/gold nano particle composite material based storage device. ADVANTAGE - The device has excellent storage performance, and can be controlled by adjusting component proportion of the composites.
