NOVELTY - A graphene oxide solution is coated on the surface of a material, dried and heat treated to form graphene thin film on the surface of the material. USE - Method of coating of graphene oxide for radiating unit of converging solar cell, transparent electrode, touch panel, touch screen, dye-sensitized solar cell catalyst layer, photodiode element, cooling fin, electromagnetic wave blocker and sensor lamp. ADVANTAGE - The coating method provides a uniform graphene thin film on the surface of the material.
