NOVELTY - Preparation of stable doped graphene comprises taking substrate/graphite/copper foil sheet and doping liquid, etching and doping for 40-240 minutes, and soaking in water for 30-60 minutes to get graphene film. The doping liquid comprises etchant and dopant at molar ratio of 1:100. USE - Method for preparing stable doped graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene has long-term stability. The method is simple which saves time and cost.
