NOVELTY - Heat-resistant low-warp nylon composite engineering plastic comprises 88-100 pts. wt. nylon 66, 13-18 pts. wt. glass microsphere, 11-13 pts. wt. modified furan resin, 15-20 pts. wt. inorganic filler, 1.0-1.4 pts. wt. thiodipropionic acid ester, 1.2-2.5 pts. wt. magnesium borate crystal whisker, 3-6 pts. wt. microcrystalline cellulose, 0.25-0.4 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 1-2 pts. wt. ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer and 4-6 pts. wt. inorganic fiber. USE - Used as heat-resistant low-warp nylon composite engineering plastic. ADVANTAGE - The plastic has improved heat-resistant performance and service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing heat-resistant low-warp nylon composite engineering plastic comprising (1) weighing the weight parts of nylon 66, glass microsphere, modified furan resin, inorganic filler, thiodipropionate di-stearyl alcohol ester, magnesium borate crystal whisker, microcrystalline cellulose, silane coupling agent, ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, inorganic fiber, and adding in the vacuum drying box for vacuum drying for 5 hours to obtain the dry material, (2) adding the dry material to the high speed stirrer, stirring uniformly at high speed to obtain the stirring material, and (3) adding the stirring material to the double-screw extruder for melting, extruding and granulating to obtain the product.
