NOVELTY - Aqueous graphene coating comprises 15-20 pts. wt. graphene, 150-200 pts. wt. epoxy resin (E51), 25-30 pts. wt. isopropyl titanium triisostearate, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. inositol hexaphosphate, 0.5-1.3 pts. wt. sodium laurate soap, 0.5-1 pts. wt. methylisothiazolinone, 2.3-3 pts. wt. sodium cholate, 5-7 pts. wt. ethylene glycol monobutyl ether acetate, 5-7 pts. wt. diisopropylethanolamine, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. polysiloxane, 0.3-0.9 pts. wt. dimethyloctynediol and 15-17 pts. wt. anti-cracking aniline emulsion. USE - Used as aqueous graphene coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating greatly accelerates the corrosion rate of the exposed area, solves the problem of slight cracks or scratches, and reduces performance problems of the metal's strength and toughness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the coating, comprising (i) adding methylisothiazolinone into 8-10 times the amount of absolute ethyl alcohol, uniformly stirring, adding sorbitol, and stirring at 55 degrees C for 11-15 minutes to obtain composite alcohol dispersion; (ii) mixing grapheme and sodium cholate, adding the mixed material into 31-40 times the amount of deionized water, ultrasonically treating for 30-45 minutes, and centrifuging for 1000-1800 revolutions/minute to obtain graphene dispersion; (iii) adding isopropyl titanium triisostearate into 90-100 times the amount of deionized water, uniformly stirring, adding epoxy resin (E51), anti-cracking aniline emulsion, and stirring at 45 degrees C for 30 minutes to obtain resin aniline emulsion; (iv) adding isopropyl titanium triisostearate into 30-35 times the amount of deionized water, adding alcohol dispersion, uniformly stirring at room temperature for 1-1.5 hours, adding sodium laurate soap, and uniformly stirring to obtain sol-gel solution; and (v) mixing sol-gel solution and graphene dispersion, uniformly stirring, maintaining the temperature and stirring at 70-85 degrees C for 4-5 hours, adding resin aniline emulsion, stirring at room temperature, mixing with remaining auxiliary agent raw material, dropping pH regulator, adjusting the pH to weak alkaline, and stirring at 1500 revolutions/minute for 50 minutes.
