▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing composite dielectric material involves (i) placing polyvinylidene fluoride, graphene fluoride, nano-boron nitride, glycerol, sodium stearate and antioxidant 1010 (pentaerythritol tetrakis(3-(3',5'-di-tert-butyl-4'-hydroxyphenyl)propionate)) in a high-speed mixer, and stirring and mixing at a speed of 2000-2400 rpm at room temperature for 40-60 minutes to obtain a mixture, (ii) placing the mixture in a twin-screw extruder, extruding and pelletizing at 220-260 degrees C, and cooling at room temperature to obtain composite pellets, and (iii) placing the composite pellets in an injection molding machine for injection molding, and cooling at room temperature to obtain the product. USE - The method is useful for preparing composite dielectric material. ADVANTAGE - The composite dielectric material has high energy storage density, excellent mechanical property and electrical insulation property, and uses polyvinylidene fluoride with excellent breakdown field strength and higher energy storage density. The method reduces preparation and uses cost, improves processing quality, and prepares large-area and high-quality composite dielectric material.
