▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Anti-cracking flame-retardant wire material comprises 10-40 pts. wt. hydrogenated styrene-butadiene block copolymer, 5-30 pts. wt. polyolefin resin, 3-15 pts. wt. polyphenylene ether resin, 10-40 pts. wt. softening oil, 5-30 pts. wt. flame retardant, 3-20 pts. wt. powdered nitrile rubber, 0.5-2.5 pts. wt. coupling agent and 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - Anti-cracking flame-retardant wire material. ADVANTAGE - The anti-cracking flame-retardant wire material has excellent anti-cracking performance in extreme temperature changing environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing an anti-cracking flame-retardant wire material, which involves: (A) mixing hydrogenated styrene-butadiene block copolymer and softening oil uniformly, and standing it for 11-13 hours to obtain softened matrix rubber; (B) heating powdered nitrile rubber to 55-65 degrees C, adding coupling agent at a stirring speed of 900-1000 revolutions per minute, and stirring it for 15-20 minutes to obtain nitrile coupled rubber; (C) mixing softened base rubber, polyolefin resin, polyphenylene ether resin, flame retardant, nitrile coupling rubber, antioxidant and gas absorbent uniformly, and heating it to melt under stirring conditions to obtain a molten mixture; and (D) adding zinc oxide whisker and graphene to molten mixture, mixing it uniformly, extruding and pelletizing it through a twin-screw extruder at a temperature of 170-240 degrees C and speed of 200-500 revolutions per minute to obtain final product.
