NOVELTY - An anti-electromagnetic corona-resistant composite material is prepared by (s1) adding fumed silica, aziridine and modified nano graphene into isopropanol, and stirring to obtain a suspension, (s2) adding the suspension into polyamic acid glue solution and stirring uniformly, (s3) adding xylylene diisocyanate and mixing uniformly, (s4) heating, dehydrating and cyclizing, coating and drying to obtain the adhesive film which is the anti-electromagnetic corona-resistant composite material using the modified polyimide as the main component. USE - Anti-electromagnetic corona-resistant composite material used in power cable (claimed) for telecommunication or power transmission, transmission, electric energy distribution or electric signal transmission. ADVANTAGE - The anti-electromagnetic corona-resistant composite material has large tensile strength, corona-resistant time is long, the fracture productivity is more than 200% and prolongs the cable service life. The composite material has good mechanical performance, high toughness and high electromagnetic absorption rate. The cable has good fireproof performance, the outer protective layer is insulating sheath, which provides external protection to the cable. The electromagnetic-resistant corona resistant material layer can effectively resist electromagnetic effect, and can resist corona, protect the inner conductor from being influenced, and the cable insulating layer is thick and has good insulating performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for an anti-electromagnetic corona-resistant power cable which comprises outer sheath, insulating layer, filling layer, conductor cladding and conductor wire in sequence from the inside to the outside. An anti-electromagnetic and corona-resistant material layer prepared from the anti-electromagnetic and corona-resistant material is further provided between the outer protective layer and the insulating layer.
