▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Three dimentional (3D) graphene composite material comprises spherical graphene assembly, and graphene tube formed in the spherical graphene assembly. The spherical graphene assembly uses a carbon shell of carbon nitrogen compound gas. USE - The three dimentional (3D) graphene composite material is useful for supercapacitor electrode (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The three dimentional (3D) graphene composite material prevents decrease in capacity due to lamination between electrode active materials, and shows excellent electrical conductivity by a graphene tube. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing a three-dimensional graphene composite material, comprising (a) forming a spherical graphene oxide structure by spray drying a mixture containing graphene oxide, carbon source, and metal precursor, (b) heat-treating the spherical graphene oxide structure to grow a graphene tube from metal particles of the spherical graphene assembly, and (c) removing the metal particles from the spherical graphene assembly where the graphene tube is grown. The carbon source is dicyandiamide, cyanamide, melamine, and/or polyaniline.
