NOVELTY - Preparing high wear-resistant corrosion-resistant graphene/epoxy super-sliding coating , comprises (i) dispersing graphene in ethanol solution to obtain 0.1-1 mg/ml graphene dispersion solution, (ii) adding bisphenol A epoxy resin and polyamidoamine into the solution of step (i) in a mass ratio of 2:1, then placing on a magnetic stirrer and stirring to form uniform light yellow solution, where the mass ratio of bisphenol A type epoxy resin and polyamidoamine to graphene of step (i) is 100:0.1-1, (iii) dropwise adding monoglycidyl ether-terminated polydimethylsiloxane into the solution of step (ii) while stirring, and then continuously stirring to obtain uniform organosilicon epoxy/graphene dispersion liquid, where the mass ratio between monoglycidyl ether-terminated polydimethylsiloxane and bisphenol A type epoxy resin of step (ii) is 0.1-5:1, and (iv) spraying the dispersion liquid of step (iii) on the stainless steel sheet, and heating at high temperature to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing high wear-resistant corrosion-resistant graphene/epoxy super-sliding coating. ADVANTAGE - The method: is fast and simple; utilizes graphene, which ensures anti-friction, wear resistance and corrosion resistance; utilizes monoglycidyl ether-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, which provides low surface energy and anti-adhesion effects. The graphene/epoxy super-slip coating product: has excellent droplet super-sliding effect, and strong durability; and is convenient to use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for high wear-resistant corrosion-resistant graphene/epoxy super-sliding coating prepared by above method.
