▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing wear-resistant material comprises (a) dissolving 10-30% high polymer and 10-30% nano-type fluid prepared by an ion exchange method in an organic solvent, and uniformly stirring to obtain mixed solution, and (b) injecting the mixed solution into a mold and air drying at room temperature. USE - The method is useful for preparing wear-resistant material. ADVANTAGE - The method uses structure of the inorganic-organic combination of the nano-type fluid so that the inorganic particles in the lubricating film can isolate the direct contact of the friction pair and reduce the loss of the friction pair, at the same time, fills in the self-repairing function of surface scratches, so that the wear-resistant material has thermal response and self-lubricating properties, can secrete lubricating substances by itself during use, without adding additional lubricating fluid, and is convenient to use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for wear-resistant material prepared by the above mentioned method.
