NOVELTY - Friction catalytic designing of ultra-low-friction carbon film, involves adding metal nanoparticles to absolute ethanol, ultrasonically dispersing for 30 minutes to obtain 0.025-2.5 g/L metal nanoparticle solution, spin-coating the solution at 8-14 drops/2.5 cm2 to form a carbon film with surface hydrogen content of 8-20 atomic% and a surface roughness of 5 nm or less, vacuum volatilizing the absolute ethanol to obtain a uniformly distributed metal nanoparticle coating, stirring using mechanical friction, promoting carbon-based film abrasive and metal nanoparticle mixing to obtain embedded metal nanoparticles coated with graphene-like particle coating. USE - Friction catalytic designing of ultra-low-friction carbon film. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the friction catalytic action and solves problems of high environmental sensitivity.
