▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of tin-based catalyst comprises dissolving tin-containing precursor and base metal additive in solvent, stirring, dropping on porous solid carrier at 20-30 degrees C to carry out equal volume immersion under the action of electrostatic field for 0.5-2 hours, and drying to 40-110 degrees C for 8-24 hours. The base metal additive is salt of bismuth, barium, iron, manganese, zinc, potassium, calcium and/or nickel metal. USE - The method is for preparation of tin-based catalyst used for hydration reaction of acetylene to generate acetaldehyde (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method solves the not good acetylene conversion rate and selectivity and poor stability problems of acetylene hydration reaction to generate acetaldehyde. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for application of tin-based catalyst in hydration reaction of acetylene to generate acetaldehyde comprising adding tin-based catalyst to reactor, passing through raw material gas water and acetylene, and reacting to 100-200 degrees C at 0.01-2 MPa.
