NOVELTY - Photo-thermoelectric conversion system comprises a thermal motor, and a photo-thermal layer, where the photo-thermal layer is in physical contact with the hot end of the thermal motor, and the photo-thermal layer is composed of a substrate, a photo-thermal material and an energy storage material formed on the substrate, and a waste energy collection layer in physical contact with the cold end of the thermal motor. USE - Used as photo-thermoelectric conversion system. ADVANTAGE - The photo-thermoelectric conversion system has good water evaporation capability of using waste energy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for system for utilizing waste heat of seawater desalination.
