NOVELTY - Liquid-crystal display panel structure containing a functionalized graphene layer comprises e.g. upper substrate (10) and lower substrate (20) and a liquid crystal layer (30), functionalized graphene layer (40), liquid crystal molecules (31), the functionalized graphene layer (40), the liquid crystal is vertically aligned in the material and is molecular grafted on the graphene surface so as to vertically align the liquid crystal molecules (31) i.e trimethoxysilane compounds (I) in the liquid crystal layer (30). USE - Used in liquid-crystal display panel structure. ADVANTAGE - The liquid-crystal display panel structure: utilizes functionalized graphene film is transparent and conductive; and has coordination function. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Liquid-crystal display panel structure containing a functionalized graphene layer comprises upper substrate (10), lower substrate (20) and a liquid crystal layer (30) is located between the upper substrate (10) and the lower substrate (20), the upper substrate (10) is close to the liquid crystal layer (30) and functionalized graphene layer (40) on one side, where the functionalized graphene layer (40) is functionalized graphene films, the functionalized graphene film is graphene surface grafting liquid crystal of vertically aligned molecular film; the material of the liquid crystal layer (30) includes liquid crystal molecules (31), the functionalized graphene layer (40), the liquid crystal is vertically aligned in the material and is molecular grafted on the graphene surface so as to vertically align the liquid crystal molecules (31) i.e trimethoxysilane compounds of formula (I) in the liquid crystal layer (30). R = halo containing amine compounds of formula (II)-(VII); m = 1-5; and n = 15-30. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing functionalized graphene film comprising (i) oxidizing the graphene by Hummer's method, then reacting resulting graphene oxide with (I) which have the function of liquid crystal alignment, the vertical alignment molecules are grafted on the surface of the graphene oxide to obtain functionalized graphene oxide, (ii) mixing above obtained functionalized graphene in a solvent and subjecting to ultrasonic treatment to obtain homogeneous functionalized graphene oxide dispersion liquid, and then forming a layer using obtained functionalized graphene oxide dispersion liquid to obtain functionalized graphene oxide film, and (iii) subjecting the functionalized graphene film to a hydrogen reduction treatment to obtain final product.
