DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Nylon fibers are prepared by (1) adding 12-16 pts. wt. graphene to 5-8 times its volume of 73-75 mass% concentrated sulfuric acid solution, ultrasonically treating at 50-55 kHz for 32-35 minutes, adding equal volume of 65-68 mass% concentrated nitric acid solution, continuing ultrasonic treatment for 40-50 minutes, stirring at 113-116 degrees C to reflux at a speed of 200-230 rpm for 2-3 hours, cooling, pouring resultant into distilled water with 15-20 times its volume, stirring, diluting, allowing to stand for 13-15 hours, filtering, washing precipitate with distilled water, baking at 40-45 degrees C, and drying; (2) modifying graphene to obtain modified graphene; (3) adding 12-16 pts. wt. modified graphene to a volume of 5-7 of saturated ammonia water, stirring at speed of 300-400 rpm for 5-10 minutes, adding 8-12 pts. wt. zinc nitrate, continuing to disperse and stir for 5-10 minutes, warming to 70-80 degrees C, heating and stirring for 1-2 hours, cooling, allowing to stand for 4-6 hours, filtering, washing with distilled water, and drying at 40-45 degrees C to obtain nano-zinc oxide-modified graphene composite; (4) drying 110-120 pts. wt. nylon 6 in an oven at 100-102 degrees C for 12-13 hours, mixing with 16-20 pts. wt. nano-zinc oxide-modified graphene composite, 8-10 pts. wt. copper sulfate, and 10-12 pts. wt. antioxidant in a high-speed mixer, pre-mixing at speed of 1800-2000 rpm for 20-30 minutes, adding 5-10 pts. wt. p-epoxyethylbenzene, 6-8 pts. wt. glycerin, stirring for 1-2 hours, sending to a twin-screw extruder, extruding, and granulating at 230-238 degrees C; and (5) boiling pellets in distilled water for 30-40 minutes, filtering, adding water, boiling, repeating this operation 3-5 times, heating obtained pellets to 245-250 degrees C to melt, and melt-spinning to obtain nylon fibers.
