NOVELTY - Preparation of manganese dioxide/porous carbon film/nickel composite material, involves introducing an inert gas to nickel sheet placed in a furnace, introducing hydrogen and hydrocarbon gas mixture to form a permeable layer and a graphene layer, immersing infiltration layer and graphene layer in etching solution, so that the permeable layer on the nickel sheet is changed into a porous carbon film layer, immersing the porous carbon film layer in mixed solution of potassium permanganate and sulfuric acid, and forming manganese dioxide film layer on surface of porous carbon film layer. USE - Preparation of manganese dioxide/porous carbon film/nickel composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The manganese dioxide film and the porous carbon layer are combined firmly, so that the film is not easy to break and fall-off. The preparation process is featured with simple process, low cost and good effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of manganese dioxide/porous carbon film/nickel composite material, involves placing the nickel sheet in a clean drying furnace, introducing an inert gas such that the nickel sheet is surrounded by the inert gas, increasing the temperature of the furnace to 600-1100 degrees C, introducing hydrogen and hydrocarbon gas mixture for 5-75 minutes to form a permeable layer and a graphene layer covering the permeable layer, penetrating the permeation layer by the carbon atoms of the nickel sheet, separating the graphene layer from the carbon atoms of the nickel sheet to obtain the surface of the nickel sheet, cooling the heating furnace to remove surface infiltration layer and graphene layer of nickel sheet, immersing the infiltration layer and graphene layer of nickel sheet in the etching solution for 0.5-24 hours for peeling-off the graphite layer, so that the permeable layer on the nickel sheet is changed into a porous carbon film layer, immersing the porous carbon film layer in the mixed solution of potassium permanganate and sulfuric acid, and forming the manganese dioxide film layer on the surface of the porous carbon film layer by dipping for 2-48 hours. The concentration of potassium permanganate in the mixed solution is (9asterisk10-4)-(3.6asterisk10-3) mol/L. The concentration of sulfuric acid in the mixed solution is (1.35asterisk10-4)-(9asterisk10-4) mol/L.
