▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Composite wear-resistant coating comprises metal substrate comprising iron-based material and composite wear-resistant coating comprising 99-99.9 wt.% polyimide and 0.1-1 wt.% solid lubricant comprising fluorinated graphene sheet. USE - Used as composite wear-resistant coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has simple preparation process and economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of composite wear-resistant coating comprising (i) taking 4,4-diaminodiphenyl ether monomer, adding aprotic polar solvent, dissolving, adding fluorinated graphene sheet and pyromellitic anhydride monomer and stirring to obtain composite wear-resistant coating, (ii) coating on bottom and surface of the metal substrate in a mass ratio of 0.1-0.2 ml/cm2, and (iii) heating, drying at 60-80 degrees C for 6 hours, heating at 80 degrees C for 2 hours, increasing temperature to 135 degrees C for 2 hours and heating at 300 degrees C for 2 hours.
