▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing vanadium oxide (V2O5)-lithium metaborate (LiBO2)-graphene glass cathode material involves preparing V2O5 and LiBO2 with a mass ratio of 7-9:2-3, heating up to 700-800 degrees C, heat preservation and quenching, keeping temperature at 180-220 degrees C for 8-10 hours, ball milling after cooling to obtain powder with particle size D50 less than 10 micrometer. The powder and the corrosive agent are mixed and stirred at a mass ratio of 1:1.8-2.3 to form holes, and ultrasonically mixed with the flake graphene dispersion to obtain a precursor. The precursor is annealed at 200-400 degrees C in an argon (Ar) atmosphere of 0.015-0.025 Megapascasl (MPa) and kept for 6-9 hours to obtain a V2O5-LiBO2-graphene glass cathode material. USE - Preparing vanadium oxide-lithium metaborate-graphene glass cathode material used in lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare vanadium oxide-lithium metaborate-graphene glass cathode material, which has the performance advantages of high conductivity, high reversible specific capacity and strong battery cycle stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a V2O5-LiBO2-graphene glass cathode material; and (2) a lithium ion battery, which comprises V2O5-LiBO2-graphene glass cathode material with a binder and a solvent, and the resulting slurry is dried on aluminum foil to assemble a lithium ion battery.
