NOVELTY - Pure carbon slider comprises 31-35 pts. wt. asphalt coke, 13-17 pts. wt. calcined petroleum coke, 16-20 pts. wt. silicon carbide, 22-26 pts. wt. binder, 8-12 pts. wt. aluminum oxide, 7-11 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 2-6 pts. wt. stabilizer and 10-14 pts. wt. electroplated graphene. USE - Pure carbon slider for subway. ADVANTAGE - The pure carbon slider has good physical and chemical performance index, improves the pantograph carbon slide plate material wear resistance and conductivity, short production period, and improves the product yield. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing pure carbon slider, which involves: (A) selecting silicon carbide, adding silicon carbide to the pulverizing equipment, and after pulverizing, grinding the powder to obtain silicon carbide powder; (B) passing the silicon carbide powder into a high-speed mixer, and then adding pitch coke, calcined petroleum coke, binder, alumina, titania, stabilizer, and electrolytic graphene to high speed mixer to obtain mixture; (C) heating the mixture at a high temperature, and then uniformly mixing by using a mixer; (D) introducing the mixture into a molding apparatus through a conveying pipe, and subjecting to a molding process to obtain green body; (E) passing the green body into a washing machine to clean the mixture; and (F) passing the green body into a baking furnace for baking, and obtaining the desired product after baking.
