NOVELTY - A dihydrate cadmium acetate and graphite oxide are uniformly dispersed in a glycol solution, and stirred uniformly. The molar ratio of water with respect to the glycol is controlled to 1:6-10. Thioacetamide is added to the dispersed solution and stirred uniformly. The sample bottle is placed in a microwave oven and heated for 4-10 minutes to obtain grey brown uniformly-dispersed solution. The obtained solution is cooled, continuously washed with ethanol, and dried, to obtain graphene-cadmium sulfide nanometer composite material. USE - Preparation of graphene-cadmium sulfide nanocomposite material used as photoelectric conversion material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-cadmium sulfide nanocomposite material is prepared by a simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A dihydrate cadmium acetate and graphite oxide are uniformly dispersed in a glycol solution, and stirred uniformly. The molar ratio of dihydrate cadmium acetate and graphite oxide is 1:1-3. The obtained solution is cooled, continuously washed with ethanol, and dried in a blast oven at 80 degrees C for 12 hours, to obtain graphene-cadmium sulfide nanocomposite material.
