▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Rod type suspension polymer crystal silicon insulator comprises umbrella sleeve, epoxy core rod and end assembly. The umbrella sleeve comprises 40-80 pts. wt. polyolefin-coated modified nano-particle composite, 30-50 pts. wt. chlorinated polyethylene, 20-40 pts. wt. fluorosilicone rubber, and 20-40 pts. wt. ethylene vinyl acetate emulsion. The polyolefin monomer comprises ethylene, propylene, and/or styrene. The modified nanoparticles comprises stearate, long-chain aliphatic amine, graphene oxide modified by trimethylolpropane and silane coupling agent, nano silicon dioxide, nano titanium dioxide, nano magnesium oxide, nano alumina, nano zinc oxide, nano hydrotalcite, and/or nano silicon carbide. USE - Used as rod type suspension polymer crystal silicon insulator. ADVANTAGE - The silicon insulator can polymerize in situ on the surface of modified nanoparticles to form a polyolefin coating layer to form a core-shell nano material structure, improves the dispersion and compatibility of nanoparticles in the polyolefin matrix, enhances the density of the material, improves the electrical properties, mechanical properties, acid and alkali resistance and low temperature resistance of polycrystalline silicon insulators and has excellent comprehensive performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing rod type suspension polymer crystal silicon insulator, comprising (i) mixing and stirring polyolefin monomer, modified nanoparticle, initiator, dispersant, and solvent to form a dispersion, which is placed in a closed reactor, heating to 50-70 degrees C under vacuum stirring, carrying out polymerization reaction for 4-10 hours, increasing the pressure to 0.12 MPa and above, cooling, filtering, and drying to obtain a polyolefin-coated modified nanoparticle composite; (ii) mixing the polyolefin-coated modified nanoparticle composite, chlorinated polyethylene, fluorosilicone rubber and ethylene vinyl acetate emulsion, and stirring at 60-120 degrees C and drying to obtain the mixture; (iii) extruding and granulating the obtained mixture to obtain polycrystalline silicon material; and (iv) placing the obtained polycrystalline silicon material in a mold for injection molding to form an umbrella sleeve, and bonding obtained umbrella sleeve with the epoxy core rod and the end assembly.
