▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Production of microcrystalline graphene-capacitive carbon involves (1) treating lignin raw materials by removing organic and inorganic impurities in the lignin raw materials to obtain pure lignin raw materials, placing lignin raw material in electric furnace, (2) vitrifying of lignin raw material by heating at 150-220 degrees C for 1-2 hours under inert gas atmosphere to form soften lignin, (3) thermally cracking lignin at 300-450 degrees C under inert gas and ammonia gas atmosphere for 120-180 minutes, (4) carbonizing lignin at 600-800 degrees C under inert gas and ammonia gas atmosphere for 120-220 minutes to obtain lignin carbon, (5) performing microcrystalline graphitization of lignin carbon at 1000 degrees C or more under inert gas and ammonia gas atmosphere for 60-300 minutes to obtain microcrystalline graphene-capacitive carbon and (6) activating microcrystalline graphene-capacitive carbon by hydrothermal method using potassium hydroxide and hydrogen peroxide or other activation method. USE - Production of microcrystalline graphene-capacitive carbon. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, environmentally-friendly and uses waste lignin from paper mills or other industries as a raw material. The produced carbon has graphene microcrystalline structure, high hardness and strength, good pore distribution, large specific surface area, specific capacitance and high electrical conductivity.
