NOVELTY - Heat-conducting and caulking material comprises 14-20 wt.% silicon rubber, 20-40 wt.% graphene/carbon nano tube composite material, 30-60 wt.% metal oxide, 0.1-1 wt.% coupling agent and 1-2 wt.% liquid metal. USE - The material is useful for radiating electronic component (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has good synergistic effect, isotropic thermal conductivity, better isotropic conductivity and three-dimensional space network of micropores. The method solves the problem that the traditional graphene.
