NOVELTY - The battery case comprises a thermal diffusion layer that is formed on one side or both sides of a base material and contains a thermal diffusion composition including 10-60 wt.% of graphene, 10-70 wt.% of organic binder, 0.1-8% of dispersing agent and solvent. The thermal diffusion layer has an insulating layer formed in an opposite surface of the base material and provided on one side of the base material. The graphene has: 2-10 layers; average particle diameter of 100 nm to 25 mu m; carbon-to-oxygen ratio of greater than or equal to 10; and carbon-to-nitrogen ratio of greater than or equal to 30. USE - The battery case is useful in a lithium secondary battery (claimed) and as flexible pouch. ADVANTAGE - The battery case has excellent thermal diffusion property, mechanical property and durability so that reliability of the battery can be effectively enhanced, and is easy to manufacture.
