NOVELTY - A contact tip circuit breaker comprises an electrical contact material comprising silver and tungsten, and 0.1-1 wt.% graphene material additively mixed in silver as 0.3 wt.% silver-graphene composite material comprising 99.7 wt.% silver and 0.3 wt.% graphene material which is mixed with tungsten to form 3.8% silver-graphene-tungsten composite material (I) comprising 50 wt.% silver-graphene composite material and 50 wt.% tungsten called a silver-graphene tungsten composite material. USE - Contact tip for circuit breaker (claimed) for residential and industrial applications. ADVANTAGE - The contact tip has excellent welding resistance, arcing erosion, and short circuit interruption. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A contact tip comprises an electrical contact material comprising silver and tungsten, and 0.1-1 wt.% graphene material additively mixed in silver as 0.3 wt.% silver-graphene composite material comprising 99.7 wt.% silver and 0.3 wt.% graphene material which is mixed with tungsten to form 3.8% silver-graphene-tungsten composite material of formula: (AgGr0.3)W50 (I) comprising 50 wt.% silver-graphene composite material and 50 wt.% tungsten called a silver-graphene tungsten composite material.
