NOVELTY - A cellulose nanofiber/graphene reinforced starch film comprises 1-6 pts. wt. starch, 0.5-3 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 0.3-1.8 pts. wt. plasticizer, 0.01-0.06 pt. wt. cellulose nanofiber and 0.01-0.06 pt. wt. graphene oxide. USE - Cellulose nanofiber/graphene reinforced starch film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The cellulose nanofiber/graphene reinforced starch film can be prepared in a simple and environmentally-friendly manner with high tensile strength, water-blocking and gas-blocking performance and rigidity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of cellulose nanofiber/graphene reinforced starch film, which involves: (1) ultrasonically dispersing cellulose nanofiber, graphene oxide and 99.88-99.98 pts. wt. water into suspension, adding water to polyvinyl alcohol, stirring at 95 degrees C for 4 hours under water bath to obtain polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution with mass concentration of 5%, and adding starch, plasticizer and water, stirring and gelatinizing the mixture in water bath to obtain starch paste; (2) mixing the suspension obtained in step (1), polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution and starch paste, and uniformly stirring to obtain film-forming liquid; and (3) pouring the film forming solution obtained in step (1) into film forming device for casting and drying to form product.
