USE - Automotive clutch bearing with nylon composites (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Bearing has excellent wear, impact, heat, aging, and fatigue resistance, high mechanical strength, and high dynamic load capacity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An automotive clutch bearing with nylon composites containing 50-60 pts. wt. nylon 66, 40-50 pts. wt. ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer, 20-30 pts. wt. polyether-ether-ketone, 16-22 pts. wt. graphene, 10-15 pts. wt. tungsten disulfide, 5-10 pts. wt. polyamide wax micropowder, 1-2 pts. wt. lanthanum citrate, 2-3 pts. wt. tribasic lead maleate salt, 1-2 pts. wt. cerium carbonate, 8-12 pts. wt. corundum powder, 6-9 pts. wt. nanotitanium nitride, 20-25 pts. wt. acetylene black, 10-15 pts. wt. cotton seed oil, 7-14 pts. wt. triethylene glycol dioctyl acid ester, 3-5 pts. wt. ethylene bis-oleic acid amide, 4-8 pts. wt. magnesium sulfate, 3-6 pts. wt. calcium silicate, 9-18 pts. wt. modified kaolin, 2-4 pts. wt. urea propyltrimethoxysilane, 1-2 pts. wt. Antioxidant 736, and 1-2 pts. wt. Antioxidant 1010 (RTM: Pentaerythritol tetrakis (3-(3,5-di-tert.-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionate)) in which modified kaolin is obtained by soaking kaolin in 20% hydrochloric acid solution for 1-2 hours, filtering, washing with distilled water until neutral, drying, calcining at 620-680 degrees C for 1-2 hours, cooling to room temperature, crushing, sieving, adding water, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain 45-55% solution, standing, dissolving butyl titanate and tetraethyl orthosilicate with molar ratio of 1:1-2 in 2-3 times amount of ethanol, adjusting pH to 4-5 using 15% glacial acetic acid solution, magnetically stirring for 1-2 hours to obtain colloidal solution, uniformly mixing suspension and colloidal solution with mass ratio of 1:1.5, adding 3-5 wt.% nanosilicon carbide, 2-4 wt.% zinc sulfate, and 1-2 wt.% Span 80 (RTM: Sorbitan monooleate), heating in water bath to 50-60' degrees C, stirring for 1-2 hours, filtering, drying, calcining at 650-700 degrees C for 1-2 hours, cooling to room temperature, adding 3-5 wt.% glycidyl methacrylate, 2-3 wt.% stearic acid, and 1-2 wt.% N-( beta -aminoethyl)- gamma -aminopropyl trimethoxysilane with respect to kaolin, stirring at 2000-3000 r/minute for 10-15 minutes, standing, mixing kaolin and styrene-butadiene with 45% solid content at weight ratio of 1:3-4, mixing, adding 10-15 wt.% latex 10-15 wt.% acrylic acid, 5-10 wt.% vinyl acetate, 3-6 wt.% methyl methacrylate, 2-3 wt.% emulsifier, 1-2 wt.% sodium lauryl sulfate, and 1-2 wt.% potassium persulfate with respect to latex, heating in water bath to 70-80 degrees C, stirring for 2-3 hours, standing for 20-30 minutes, filtering, and drying. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of automotive clutch bearing with nylon composites which involves placing nylon 66, polyether-ether-ketone, tungsten disulfide, graphene, tribasic lead maleate salt, corundum powder, acetylene black, triethylene glycol dioctyl acid ester, and modified kaolin in open mill, mixing at 75-85 degrees C for 4-6 minutes, adding remaining raw materials, mixing at 90-100 degrees C for 3-5 minutes, cooling to less than or equal to 45 degrees C, placing in twin-screw extruder at 260-280 degrees C and 150-250 r/minute revolution, extruding into pellets, cooling, drying, sieving, and packaging.
