NOVELTY - High-efficiency deep well drilling fluid treatment agent comprises 80-150 pts. wt. water, 20-35 pts. wt. lignite resin, 15-25 pts. wt. formaldehyde, 50-60 pts. wt. phenol, 60-70 pts. wt. sodium metabisulfite, 30-40 pts. wt. polyanionic vinyl ester, 5-10 pts. wt. hydroxide, 20-35 pts. wt. bentonite, 55-65 pts. wt. potassium chloride and 20-60 pts. wt. graphene oxide. USE - Used as high-efficiency deep well drilling fluid treatment agent. ADVANTAGE - The agent has water dispersion effect, high temperature resistance of this drilling fluid can reach up to 280°C; saturated salt resistance ability; excellent water loss reduction effect, and the filtration loss is less than or equal to 12 ml. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the high-efficiency deep well drilling fluid treatment agent, comprising (i) reacting the lignite resin, phenol and formaldehyde in the alkaline solution to obtain insitu generated lignite phenolic resin, (ii) then obtaining sulfonated lignite phenolic resin by sulfonation process, stirring and reacting sulfonated lignite phenolic resin and polyanion vinyl ester to obtain product A, (iii) mixing and stirring product A and bentonite, potassium chloride, graphene and water to obtain universal high-efficiency deep well drilling fluid.
