NOVELTY - Preparing 3D porous graphene/carbon nano-tube cathode material of lithium ion battery involves mixing surface active agent into de-ionized water, stirring for 1-12 hours to prepare surfactant whose weight is 0.01-5 wt.%, adding carbon nano tube and nano silicon as proportion of 0.1-10:1 in surfactant solution ultrasonically to obtain carbon nano-tube and nano-silicon mixed first dispersion solution, mixing graphene oxide and nano silicon dioxide is with mass ratio of 1:0.1-10 with concentration of 0.5-5 mg/mL of oxidized graphene aqueous solution ultrasonically to obtain second solution, adding graphene oxide and transition metal inorganic salt with mass ratio of 1:0.01-1 in second solution and stirring for 1 hour to obtain third mixed solution, mixing first mixed solution and third mixed solution with stirring for 1-2 hours ultrasonically to obtain fourth mixed. USE - Method for preparing 3D porous graphene/carbon nano-tube cathode material of lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare 3D porous graphene/carbon nano-tube cathode material of lithium ion battery has high specific capacity of nano silicon, and realizes high-rate performance and cycle performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Frozen in liquid nitrogen, putting into freeze drier, carrying out vacuum drying to obtain fluffy aerogel, intoducing inert atmosphere to obtain graphene-transition metal nanoparticles/nano-silicon composite material, performing acid washing and drying to obtain 3D porous graphene/carbon nano-tube nano-silicon gel lithium ion battery cathode material.
