NOVELTY - Graphene dispersion liquid comprising organic solvent and graphene material dispersed in organic solvent, obtained by (a) providing graphene aqueous slurry, where the graphene aqueous slurry comprises graphene material and water, (b) adding at least one of organic solvent to accumulated graphene aqueous slurry to obtain mixed slurry, where the organic solvent with water forms azeotropic system, and (c) heating the mixed slurry directly until the moisture is removed and to obtain graphene dispersion is claimed. USE - The graphene dispersion is useful for producing graphene powder (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing graphene dispersion liquid comprising adding graphene aqueous slurry into water to form azeotropic organic solvent system, and then heating, where the heating temperature is higher than the azeotropic temperature of azeotropic system, replacing organic solvent in graphene aqueous slurry, completely removing water to obtain graphene; and (2) preparing graphene material powder, comprising heating graphene dispersion and drying until the organic solvent is completely removed to obtain graphene powder.
