NOVELTY - Graphene microchip and high-molecular polymer are mixed to obtain film. The film is subjected to carbonization and graphitization to obtain high-thermal-conductive-graphene-based polymer film. USE - Preparation of high-thermal-conductive-graphene-based polymer film used for device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides high-thermal-conductive-graphene-based polymer film having high quality and thermal conductivity of 1500-2000 W/m.K, by economical and environmentally-friendly process.
