NOVELTY - Fluorine-doped graphene quantum dots are obtained by heterogeneously doping fluorine atom to graphene quantum dots, changing structure of graphene quantum dots, surface-modifying, increasing fluorine-containing functional group, and producing n-type doped system of fluorine-doped graphene quantum dots having particle size distribution of 50 nm or less. USE - Fluorine-doped graphene quantum dots for photoelectric detectors. ADVANTAGE - The fluorine-doped graphene quantum dots are prepared efficiently and economically, and have excellent photoelectric property, ultraviolet absorption property and photoluminescence property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of fluorine-doped graphene quantum dots.
