NOVELTY - The method for preparation of flexible bacterial cellulose graphene paper loaded-cobalt oxide electrode material, involves immersing bacterial cellulose in deionized water, stirring to obtain bacterial cellulose pulp, ultrasonically processing acidified graphene in deionized water to obtain graphene dispersion, drying to obtain bacterial cellulose made graphene paper, dissolving cobalt salts and ammonium salts in distilled water to obtain mixed solution, soaking bacterial cellulose made graphene paper in mixed solution, adding aqueous ammonia and heating the product. USE - Preparation of flexible bacterial cellulose graphene paper loaded-cobalt oxide electrode material for supercapacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method ensures high specific capacitance and excellent mechanical properties of flexible electrode. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparation of flexible bacterial cellulose graphene paper loaded-cobalt oxide electrode material, involves immersing bacterial cellulose in deionized water, ultrasonically processing, dispersing in deionized water, transferring to a high speed homogenizer, stirring to obtain bacterial cellulose pulp, ultrasonically processing acidified graphene in deionized water to obtain graphene dispersion, vacuum filtering bacterial cellulose pulp, adding graphene dispersion, placing in vacuum oven, drying to obtain bacterial cellulose made graphene paper, dissolving cobalt salts and ammonium salts in distilled water to obtain a mixed solution, soaking bacterial cellulose made graphene paper in the mixed solution, adding aqueous ammonia, transferring to the reactor and heating to obtain flexible bacterial cellulose graphene paper loaded-cobalt oxide electrode material. The ratio of bacterial cellulose and graphene paper is (3-30):1. The molar ratio of cobalt salt and ammonium salt is (0.2-10):1. The quality ratio of ammonia salt and cobalt salt is 1 mmol:(0.3-5 ml).
