▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene nanosensor comprises graphene oxide, and fluorescent-labeled peptide nucleic acid (PNA) probe, where the PNA probe is complementary to brain cytoplasmic (BC)-1 RNA. USE - The graphene nanosensor is useful for detecting a target RNA in paraffin tissues, frozen tissues and cells for diagnosing dementia (all claimed), and a disease-specific overexpressed RNA biomarker and its expression level. The nanosensor is used for detecting treatment policy, and selecting patient-specific remedies. ADVANTAGE - The nanosensor detects target RNA in a simple, easier, rapid, accurate, cost-effective and reliable manner with high sensitivity and specificity. The nanosensor detects simultaneously multiple target RNAs.
