▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene/titanium dioxide nanoparticle involves (a) adding titanium glycolate to graphene oxide, and ultrasonically processing obtained mixture for 30 minutes to obtain graphene oxide/titanium glycolate dispersion, (b) subjecting the graphene oxide/titanium glycolate dispersion to UV irradiation at 50-600 W for 0.1-30 hours, washing irradiated dispersion using deionized water, and freeze-drying the dispersion, and (c) subjecting freeze-dried dispersion to heat treatment at 250-800 degrees C for 0.1-6 hours under vacuum condition to obtain product. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene/titanium dioxide nanoparticle (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method prepares graphene/titanium dioxide nanoparticle having improved stability, low toxicity, large specific surface area, high specific capacitance and good sodium chloride adsorption performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing graphene/titanium dioxide nanoparticle involves (a) adding 5-600 mg titanium glycolate to 30 ml graphene oxide (having concentration of 2 mg/ml), and ultrasonically processing obtained mixture for 30 minutes to obtain graphene oxide/titanium glycolate dispersion, (b) subjecting the graphene oxide/titanium glycolate dispersion to UV irradiation at 50-600 W for 0.1-30 hours, washing irradiated dispersion using deionized water, and freeze-drying the dispersion, and (c) subjecting freeze-dried dispersion to heat treatment at 250-800 degrees C for 0.1-6 hours under vacuum condition to obtain product. The particle size of the titanium dioxide is 3-20 nm and the concentration of the titanium dioxide is 10-90 wt.%.
