▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing a heteroatom doped graphene comprises: reacting substituted catechol compound (I) with a protic solvent to form a solution; forming a thin film by polymerizing the solution, and performing reduction on the thin film under an inert atmosphere at a temperature of 100-700 degrees C; and carbonizing the film at a temperature of 700-2000 degrees C. USE - The method is useful for producing a heteroatom doped graphene (claimed), which is useful for organic solar cells, transparent electrodes, transparent displays, secondary batteries and supercapacitors. ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of producing the heteroatom doped graphene without the need of graphene oxide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Producing a heteroatom doped graphene comprises: reacting substituted catechol compound of formula (I) with a protic solvent to form a solution; forming a thin film by polymerizing the solution, and performing reduction on the thin film under an inert atmosphere at a temperature of 100-700 degrees C; and carbonizing the film at a temperature of 700-2000 degrees C. R1 = thiol, amines, nitriles, aldehydes, hydrogen sulfide or functional group comprising imidazole or azide; and R2 = functional group comprising H, OH or carboxy.
