NOVELTY - Preparing anthraquinones sensitizing dyes molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction column, comprises (i) mixing anthraquinone-based disperse dye sensitization magnetic graphene-based molecularly imprinted polymer and pure organic solvents, carrying out ultrasonic treatment, and filling; (ii) adding solid phase extraction packing and pure organic solvent, subjecting to sonication, mixing, and shaking, uniformly filling anthraquinone disperse dye sensitization magnetic graphene-based molecular imprinted polymer SPE column; and (iii) introducing inert gas, and drying under vacuum. USE - The method is useful for preparing anthraquinones sensitizing dyes molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction column (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces product having high selectivity and enriching capacity, and high recovery rate of more than 96.6%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing anthraquinones sensitizing dyes molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction column, comprises (i) mixing 100-500 mg anthraquinone-based disperse dye sensitization magnetic graphene-based molecularly imprinted polymer and 5-20 ml pure organic solvents, carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 5-30 minutes, and mixing for 5-30 minutes under oscillation conditions, transferring the mixture into 3 ml solid phase extraction column, and uniformly filling, until the solid phase extraction column ends are blocked with sieve; (ii) adding 100-500 mg solid phase extraction packing and 5-20 ml pure organic solvent, subjecting the material to sonication for 5-30 minutes, and uniformly mixing, shaking for 5-30 minutes, transferring the mixture to the step (i) product, and uniformly filling anthraquinone disperse dye sensitization magnetic graphene-based molecular imprinted polymer SPE column, until top solid phase extraction column is blocked with sieve, cleaning column using 5-20 ml acidic organic solvent, and washing the column using 5-20 ml pure organic solvent; and (iii) introducing inert gas to remove residual organic solvent, and drying at 30-90 degrees C for 1-24 hours under vacuum.
