NOVELTY - Antistatic soft connection, comprises a flange (3) and a connecting piece connected with the flange and comprising a middle layer (1) and an antistatic layer (2) set on the two sides of the middle layer. The antistatic layer comprises 30-50 pts. wt. polypropylene, 15-25 pts. wt. carbon black, 8-12 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 3-7 pts. wt. graphene and 2-5 pts. wt. auxiliary agent. USE - The antistatic soft connection is useful as connecting pipeline. ADVANTAGE - The method provides antistatic soft connection with improved anti-static and self-repairing performance, and does not affect the processing performance of the soft connection, and increases the safety and durability of the material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the antistatic soft connection, comprising: (i) preparing auxiliary agent by preparing polypropylene into chlorinated polypropylene, and then in-situ grafting chlorinated polypropylene with 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate to obtain chlorinated polypropylene-p-2-hydroxyethyl acrylate, and vulcanizing hydroxy-terminated nitrile rubber to prepare vulcanized hydroxy nitrile rubber; (ii) mixing polypropylene with auxiliary agent prepared in step (i), carbon black, carbon fiber and graphene to prepare antistatic particles; (iii) three-layer coextruding the antistatic particles and polypropylene prepared in step (ii) into a connecting piece; and (iv) connecting the connecting piece made in step (iii) with a flange disc to obtain the antistatic soft connection.
