NOVELTY - Preparing high stability sulfate lignin complex nanometer microsphere comprises (a) pulping black liquor after removing impurity, diluting, adding dilute sulfuric acid to adjust the pH value to 5-6, filtering to remove the precipitate, (b) dissolving the sulfate lignin in aqueous solution of N, N-dimethyl formamide to obtain lignin solution, (c) dispersing the graphene oxide in ethanol to obtain graphene oxide ethanol dispersion, (d) adding the compound modified agent sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and amino methyl trimethoxy silane into ethanol, then adding nano silicon dioxide, dispersing uniformly to obtain modified nano silicon dioxide ethanol dispersion, and (e) in the stirring environment, dripping the graphene oxide ethanol dispersion into the lignin solution, pouring the obtained mixed solution into the dialysis bag, freezing and drying the obtained product to obtain the high-stability sulfate lignin complex nano-microsphere. USE - The high-stability sulfate lignin complex nanometre micro-sphere is used as adsorbent for absorbing and removing heavy metal ion (mercury ion, lead ion and chromium ion) in water (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation method is mild and environmentally-friendly, has high removing efficiency, low production cost, organic solvent can be recycled, it has economic value and green and pollution-free technology, and it is easy to popularize. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing high stability sulfate lignin complex nanometer microsphere comprises (a) pulping black liquor after removing impurity, diluting, in stirring environment adding dilute sulfuric acid to adjust the pH value to 5-6, filtering to remove the precipitate, continuously adding dilute sulfuric acid to adjust the pH value to 2-3, collecting the precipitate obtained at this time, washing to obtain sulfate lignin, (b) dissolving the sulfate lignin in aqueous solution of N, N-dimethyl formamide to obtain lignin solution, (c) dispersing the graphene oxide in ethanol to obtain graphene oxide ethanol dispersion, (d) adding the compound modified agent sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and amino methyl trimethoxy silane into ethanol, then adding nano silicon dioxide, dispersing uniformly to obtain modified nano silicon dioxide ethanol dispersion, (e) in the stirring environment, dripping the graphene oxide ethanol dispersion into the lignin solution, when the graphene oxide ethanol dispersion is dripped to 20-30 % of the total amount, at the same time, dripping the modified nano silicon dioxide ethanol dispersion into the lignin solution, adjusting the modified nano silicon dioxide ethanol dispersion dripping acceleration, so that the graphene oxide dispersion and modified nano silicon dioxide ethanol dispersion at the same time after finishing dripping, pouring the obtained mixed solution into the dialysis bag, then placing in water to separate the solvent in the mixed solution, freezing and drying the obtained product to obtain the high-stability sulfate lignin complex nano-microsphere. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for high stability sulfate lignin complex nanometer microsphere prepared by above-mentioned method.
