▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparation method of a nickel-graphite composite involves activating sodium hydroxide, sodium phosphate, sodium carbonate and sodium silicate according to mass ratio of 3:3:3:1, washing in deionized water to clean, activating in 5-30 mol hydrochloric acid, flushing in deionized water, adding boric acid and a surface active agent, obtaining nickel plating liquid 240-300 g/L, placing the graphene nano sheet with a small amount of plating liquid, using nickel sheet as anode and the substrate as cathode and regulating temperature at 50-80 degrees C, electric current density of 0.01-8 A/dm2. USE - Preparing nickel-graphite composite for steel materials. ADVANTAGE - The procedure avoids the traditional reduction process, thus simplifying the process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation method of a nickel-graphite composite involves substrate cleaning, activating sodium hydroxide, sodium phosphate, sodium carbonate and sodium silicate according to mass ratio of 3:3:3:1, mixing the alkali solution, washing in deionized water to clean, activating in 5-30 mol hydrochloric acid, flushing in deionized water, mixing nickel plating, nickel sulfate and nickel chloride in water, adding boric acid and a surface active agent, obtaining nickel plating liquid 240-300 g/L where nickel is 30-50 g/L, boric acid is 30-50 g/L and the surface active agent is 0.1-2.0 g/L, placing the graphene nano sheet with a small amount of plating liquid, using nickel sheet as anode and the substrate as cathode and regulating temperature at 50-80 degrees C, electric current density of 0.01-8 A/dm2.
