NOVELTY - Preparation of methanation catalyst involves (1) stirring nano thermally conductive material at high speed and ultrasonically dispersing in salt solution, obtaining a suspension, heating to 50-80 degrees C, dissolving the precursor salt in deionized water, obtaining a precursor salt solution, heating the precursor salt solution and precipitating agent to 50-80 degrees C respectively, adding in drops to the suspension for precipitation reaction and continuous stirring, aging after the dripping is completed, obtaining precipitate, filtering, pulping, washing, drying and roasting, obtaining catalyst powder, (2) adding lubricants, forming aids, and structure aids to the catalyst powder, and ball milling and sieving to more than 250 mesh, slicing, curing and calcining. USE - Preparation of methanation catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, easy to operate, and economical. The prepared catalyst has excellent thermal conductivity, high heat transfer efficiency, excellent low-temperature reaction activity, and excellent high-temperature thermal stability.
