NOVELTY - Preparing die-cast aluminum alloy modified by carbide nano particles comprises (i) mixing salt A, carbon source, cation source and sugar uniformly, heating to melt the sugar, cooling to obtain the first mixed solid, melting the first pure aluminum completely to obtain an aluminum liquid, adding salt B into the surface of the aluminum liquid, adding the first mixed solid to react, melting the salt B completely melted to obtain a liquid aluminum containing carbide nano particles and casting the aluminum liquid containing carbide nano particles to obtain a carbide nano particle-reinforced pure aluminum composite ingot; and (ii) melting the second pure aluminum completely, adding the carbide nano particles to strengthen the pure aluminum composite ingot for melting, heating , alloying and casting into the preheated die-casting mold for die-casting molding to obtain die-cast aluminum alloy modified by carbide nano particles aluminum-silicon die-cast aluminum alloy. USE - The method is useful for preparing die-cast aluminum alloy modified by carbide nano particles. ADVANTAGE - The method: enables simple and economical preparation of carbide nano particles-modified die-casting aluminum alloy having excellent strength, elongation rate and high-temperature mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for die-cast aluminum alloy modified by carbide nano particles, prepared as mentioned above.
