▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Aqueous conductive ink comprises 0.02-3 wt.% nano silver, 0.001-3 wt.% graphene modified auxiliary agent, 0.02-10 wt.% nitrocellulose, 0.001-3 wt.% cetyltrimethylammonium chloride, 0.001-3 wt.% organic modified polydimethylsiloxane, 0.001-3 wt.% dispersant, 0.1-2 wt.% wetting agent, and 70-100 wt.% organic solvents. USE - Aqueous conductive ink used in display panel, light emitting diode display, thin film solar cell, and electromagnetic shielding. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous conductive ink has good light transmission properties, surface hardness, and resistance to chemical solvents. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing aqueous conductive ink, which involves: (A) adding graphene modified auxiliary agent, nitrocellulose, cetyltrimethylammonium chloride, organic modified polydimethylsiloxane, dispersant, and wetting agent into a dispersing machine, and mixing to obtain a mixture A; (B) grinding the nano-silver in a three-roll machine, and then mixing with the organic solvent to obtain the mixture B; and (C) adding the mixture B into the mixture A at a temperature of 90-95 degrees C for 1.5-2 hours to obtain aqueous conductive ink.
