NOVELTY - Preparing ultrahigh heat conductive graphene carbon nanotube composite material, involves modifying and charging the carbon nanotubes and the graphene. The heat conductive material, the modified charged carbon nano tube and the graphene are mixed and dispersed to form a filler, and then added resin and an auxiliary agent to stir uniformly to form slurry. The slurry is subjected to directional arrangement of the charged carbon nanotubes and the graphene through a direct current electric field to obtain product through curing and molding. USE - Method for preparing ultrahigh heat conductive material graphene carbon nanotube composite material. ADVANTAGE - The ultrahigh heat conductive graphene carbon nanotube composite material improves the heat conducting and radiating performance, prolongs the service life of the electronic equipment, and solves the radiating problem of each of consumer electronic product, and has wide application environment.
