NOVELTY - An amino group modified carbon material is obtained by carrying out radical absorption of azo radical initiator containing amino group to graphene-like carbon material. USE - Amino group modified carbon material used in composite material (claimed) used as reinforcing material, filler, adsorption agent and wiring material. ADVANTAGE - Since the fragment obtained by radical decomposition of the azo radical initiator is added to the graphene-like carbon, the carbon material tinged with a positive charge is manufactured. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) manufacture of the amino group modified carbon material, which involves heat-stirring graphene-like carbon material and azo radical initiator containing amino group in a solvent; and (2) composite material, which contains the amino group modified carbon material and resin.
