DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of controlled-release fertilizer composition comprising obtaining composite graphene-carbon nanotube material, combining composite graphene-carbon nanotube material with aqueous solution comprising fertilizer allowing aqueous solution to infiltrate three-dimensional open-celled network of graphene and carbon nanotubes, and drying composite graphene-carbon nanotube material.
