USE - The durable battery cathode material is used for lithium and sodium ion rechargeable battery. ADVANTAGE - The cathode material improves the battery charge and discharge capacity by more than 2 times, can prolong the repeated use service life, and has improved use effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for processing of the durable battery cathode material comprising selecting black silicon carbide crystal block as raw material; using a hydraulic hammer to crush the crystalline block to less than 100 mm, using the jaw crusher to crush the crystalline block to within 30 mm, and using a ball mill to crush into less than 3 mm; taking out the material in the mill, using the vibration sieve to sieve the raw material within 0-1.5 mm as self-grinding medium, and using the rest as other materials; shaping the 0-1.5 mm self-grinding medium raw material having a whole shape of spherical as the self-grinding medium ball; adding part of acidic material into the preparation groove, heating and processing by ultrasonic wave, and oxidizing the surface of the medium ball; adding boron, silicon, nitrogen, phosphorus and other elements for doping treatment by firstly using non-carbon element compound to dip or mix into the precursor, and heat treating to prepare doped carbon; and using the drying machine to dry the prepared raw material, standing, and using rolling device for rolling and forming.
